What are the walks like?

In these uncertain times, let us connect with the beauty and resiliency in our world.

A Forest Therapy walk begins with noticing our surroundings and opening our senses as we travel less than a mile. It is not a nature walk to learn things or a hike for exercise, although these are wonderful things to do. It is more about accessing the healing power of nature when we slow down and receive nature’s gifts.

A series of invitations encourage our unique ways of engaging with nature. Peace, delight, and feeling connected are often experienced on a walk.

The length of a walk ranges from 1 to 2 hours depending on location and concludes with a closing ceremony and conversation.

The two hours just flew by and I feel like I do after a hard workout or after a massage…totally at peace!

Pam is a caring, inviting presence, who opens our heart, mind, and body to experiences of nature that inform on so many levels.
