Certified Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy
My lifelong love of nature and being outdoors began in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where my family hiked, skied, and rode horseback. That love continues today through gardening, outdoor sports, and my forest therapy work.
I am devoted to my meditation and Forest Therapy practices. Both offer my spirit and my life a grounded presence and a reverence for life. These practices bring a deep interconnectedness with nature and overflowing love of the world.
As a Registered Nurse with a commitment to preventative medicine, this practice is an ideal model to enhance wellness and healing for people and our planet.
