Ready to get outside and deepen your connections with nature? Join a small group of like-minded people near the apple orchard and the ponds. This is an introductory walk to Forest Therapy. Open ended invitations allow nature to be the therapist. We will move slowly with some standing and some sitting (3 legged stools or the ground). The heart of the experience is quiet surrender and presence with nature. Masks and social distancing are mandatory.
