Ready to get outside and connect with others? Join me for a delightful spring nature connection walk at Robbin’s Pond in Devens, MA. Nature can boost our immunity while helping us feel centered and peaceful.
Feeling disconnected and unfocused? Join me outdoors and feel restored, grounded, and healthy. We will tap into the healing energy of nature and restore our sense of well-being. Entering the slower, quieter time of year in nature can give us space to breathe, feel, and feel alive.
Feeling closed in, anxious or distracted? Come outside with me and enjoy nature’s endless surprises and delights. We’ll be opening our senses and moving slowly to experience this beautiful world of ours. Most people experience feelings of peace, connectedness and well-being during and after the walk.
Slowly we will wind our way along the trails and ponds as the beauty and wonder of this extraordinary place come alive for us. Forest Bathing (Forest Therapy) is a practice of spending time in nature to enhance health, well-being and happiness. Varied activities will support us in slowing down and making deep connections with nature in many delightful ways.

Come settle in with nature and her multitude of offerings. Connect with the healing potential and the resiliency of our surroundings. Optional BYO lunch/drink/reflections after the walk.

Join Pam Frederick, Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, on this restful and restorative experience, “bathing” in the atmosphere of the forest. Pam will facilitate connections between participants and the landscape. Research shows decreased stress and increased cognitive functioning and immunity from being mindful in nature. The walk concludes with a wild-crafted tea ceremony and snacks.
